01Legal Status & Developing BrandsCurrent site ownership, RTC Studios status, and developing concepts.

Current identity

TylerClass.com is the public website of Robert Tyler Class, also presented publicly as Tyler Class. RTC Studios is currently presented as a developing creative/media brand, not as a legally organized subsidiary.

Developing brands and projects

Names including RTC Studios, Starshine Literature, RTC Tech, Terrati, RoyaltyCode, Tera OS, and PROTO-TY may describe developing brands, creative properties, projects, systems, product concepts, working titles, experimental concepts, or possible future businesses.

Concept status

Public presentation of concept imagery, prototypes, logos, interface designs, technology concepts, vehicles, product mockups, business structures, or future plans is not by itself proof that a concept is an incorporated business, legally organized subsidiary, patented invention, federally registered trademark, licensed product, production-ready product, or commercially available offering.

02Website Terms of UseGeneral rules and expectations for using TylerClass.com.

Permitted use

Visitors may ordinarily view and navigate publicly available content for personal, informational, evaluative, and other lawful purposes.

Misuse

Do not attempt to damage or disrupt the site, conduct malicious automated activity, impersonate another person, use the site unlawfully, circumvent security controls, or abusively interfere with site operation.

Copying and systematic collection

Public availability does not automatically grant unrestricted permission to reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, or systematically collect protected material. This statement does not limit permissions granted by a rights holder or rights available under applicable law.

Availability and changes

Content, pages, and features may change, move, or be removed. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and experimental projects may change substantially or never launch.

External links

External sites have their own operators, systems, terms, and practices. A link does not automatically establish ownership, endorsement, partnership, or responsibility for an external site’s operation.

General information

Website information is not a universal replacement for specialized professional advice or project-specific agreements.

03Copyright & Intellectual PropertyOriginal creative work, ownership, and third-party material.

Qualifying original material

Work created by Robert Tyler Class may include qualifying original material such as original writing, artwork, videos, photography, graphics, layouts, presentations, creative expression, entertainment material, website creative material, and other original copyrightable works. Public availability does not itself transfer ownership.

Different rights apply

Not every item is registered or legally protectable in the same way. This page does not claim that every work is federally registered, every title is trademarked, every idea is copyrighted, or every displayed concept has patent protection. Ideas, concepts, names, titles, methods, and systems may involve legal considerations different from copyright in a qualifying original expression.

Third-party material

Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners. Its appearance or reference here does not transfer those rights to Robert Tyler Class or TylerClass.com.

04Original Entertainment SeriesRecurring Tyler-created content and entertainment projects.

The following are original content or entertainment series associated with Robert Tyler Class:

  • The Faithful Step Brief
  • The Wisdom Expedition
  • The Novelty Lab
  • The Wildcard Engine
  • The Gospel Reading Series

Identification here describes their creative association; it does not represent every title as a federally registered trademark.

05Third-Party CommerceHow Tyler-created work relates to outside marketplaces.

Creator and platform roles

TylerClass.com may link to independent marketplaces such as Redbubble, Gumroad, or Etsy. Robert Tyler Class may create or offer particular products, designs, files, descriptions, or other content, while the marketplace operates its own infrastructure.

Platform-controlled systems

Depending on the platform and transaction, the marketplace may control account systems, checkout, payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, marketplace refund processes, availability, policies, platform-level customer support, and privacy or security practices.

Each transaction should be understood according to what the platform and Robert Tyler Class respectively promise, supply, and control. These boundaries do not remove obligations for something Robert Tyler Class personally and directly promises, sells, supplies, or controls.

06Service TermsScope, payment, revisions, ownership, timelines, and project boundaries.

Project scope

Substantial work should begin with an agreed understanding of requested services, deliverables, timeline, pricing, client responsibilities, RTC/Tyler responsibilities, and exclusions or limitations. Website service descriptions are general and do not automatically define every project.

Revisions

A project or package may include a defined number or type of revisions. New concepts, major direction changes, additional deliverables, or expanded work may be outside the original scope.

Payment

Projects may require a deposit, advance payment, milestone payment, or another agreed payment structure. Specific terms are established for the applicable engagement rather than by a universal percentage or deadline on this page.

Timelines

Delivery may depend on timely communication, client assets, permissions, access, approvals, feedback, and requested information. No universal delivery period applies to every project.

Client materials

Clients may need to provide logos, photographs, video, brand assets, written information, website or account access, feedback, permissions, and other project inputs. Clients should provide only materials and access they have authority to provide.

Ownership and usage

Ownership and license rights for final deliverables should be governed by the applicable project agreement. Payment does not automatically transfer every underlying asset—including raw footage, source or project files, reusable templates, systems, workflows, methods, pre-existing creative assets, or pre-existing RTC/Tyler intellectual property—unless the applicable written agreement says otherwise.

Portfolio use

Sensitive, private, confidential, or restricted client work should not automatically be published in a public portfolio. Display rights should respect the applicable agreement and permissions.

Cancellation and pauses

Cancellation, pauses, refunds, deposits, work already completed, and related obligations should be governed by the applicable project terms or agreement; this page does not create one universal rule.

Professional boundaries

RTC Studios and Robert Tyler Class do not automatically provide licensed legal, tax, medical, investment or financial, accounting, cybersecurity, or regulatory and compliance services unless an appropriately qualified professional is actually engaged for that role. Ordinary creative, business, or technical assistance does not imply credentials or licenses that do not exist.

Intake is not automatically the complete contract

Submitting an intake form provides project information and requests consideration. A typical path may include: Services → review Service Terms → begin Client Intake → information gathering → inquiry review → project-specific documentation where appropriate → payment or deposit where required → work begins.

An intake submission alone does not automatically create the complete final services contract for every substantial paid project. Depending on the engagement, a separate agreement, Statement of Work, proposal, written confirmation, or similar project documentation may be required.

07AI-Assisted Creative WorkHow AI tools may support creative, research, and production workflows.

AI-assisted tools may be used where appropriate for planning, research assistance, organization, ideation, drafting, captions, visual experimentation, workflow support, and editing assistance.

  • Final client-facing work receives human review.
  • AI does not replace client approval or professional judgment.
  • Applicable confidentiality obligations remain in effect.
  • Sensitive or private client information should not simply be submitted to public AI systems without appropriate permission.
  • Intellectual-property considerations may differ according to the tool, material, and actual human creative contribution.

No sweeping guarantee about ownership of every AI-assisted output is made here.

08Ownership, Independence, Boundaries & AutonomyWhat working together does—and does not—automatically create.

Relationships require agreement

Interaction or work with Robert Tyler Class or RTC Studios does not automatically establish employment, partnership, joint venture, investment relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency, talent representation, exclusivity, ownership interest, or intellectual-property transfer unless an applicable agreement creates that relationship or grants those rights.

Pre-existing identity and work

Robert Tyler Class generally retains his pre-existing name, likeness, personal brand, creative identity, independently created intellectual property, creative properties, business concepts, reusable templates and systems, portfolio materials, and working methods, except where specific rights are expressly licensed, assigned, or otherwise governed through an applicable agreement.

This general website explanation does not override an actual contract. Specialized relationships may require a Client Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Collaboration Agreement, Contractor Agreement, Talent/Acting Agreement, Representation Agreement, Media Release, Location Release, NDA, Portfolio Permission, or appropriate investment documents.

09No Investment OfferingFuture venture discussion is developmental, not a current public investment offer.

TylerClass.com may discuss future ventures, RTC Ventures concepts, prototypes, potential future fundraising, growth plans, business concepts, or possible future investor participation. Current discussion is informational and developmental; it is not, merely by appearing on this website, an offer for public purchase of securities, shares, ownership interests, investment units, or equity interests.

Actual future fundraising or investment activity may require a separate legal structure, documentation, and professional review.

10External Resources & Third-Party OwnershipAttribution and boundaries for outside websites, tools, and resources.

Linking to or recommending an outside resource does not automatically establish ownership, authorship, control, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

The Life and Teachings of Jesus of Nazareth / Plus Nothing

Robert Tyler Class, TylerClass.com, RTC Studios, and other developing Tyler-associated brands do not claim authorship or ownership of the Plus Nothing resource. Any future reference to it in Christian Resources is an external-resource reference, not a claim that Tyler or a Tyler-associated project created or controls that resource.

11Legal Information & Separate AgreementsWebsite information does not replace every relationship-specific agreement.

This page provides general website and business information. Individual projects and specialized relationships may require separate written agreements. The information here does not replace every applicable contract, and an applicable agreement may contain more specific terms.

This page may be updated as TylerClass.com, Robert Tyler Class’s work, and associated developing brands or projects evolve.
